What are the opening hours?
The general hours are these:
- Until 1 November 2026: 9:00-20:30, every day.
- 2 November 2026 to 25 February 2027: 9:00-18:30, every day.

These are the general times, and the exact ones appear when you book. In spring and summer the building closes later, in the evening. The opening hours page has the same information in a table.
The night tour takes place in the evening, after the daytime visits. It starts later in summer than in winter.
When is Casa Milà closed?
On 25 December 2026 and from 11 to 17 January 2027. On the other days of the year it is open, holidays included.
How long does the visit take?
About an hour and a half for the daytime visit, and the night tour takes a similar time. That is enough to see the courtyards, the attic and the roof without rushing, but if you like to stop and look, add some extra time.
How do I get there by metro?
Take line L3 or L5 to Diagonal. From there you reach the building on Passeig de Gràcia, at number 92.
And by train or bus?
The Renfe station Passeig de Gràcia is in the area, and so is the FGC station Provença - La Pedrera, on lines L6, L7, S1 and S2. Buses V15, V17, H10, H8, 7, 22, 24, 6, 33 and 34 also serve the area.
And by car?
The Passeig de Gràcia - La Pedrera car park is next to the building. Tourist coaches must book their loading and unloading areas in advance.
Is it close to Casa Batlló?
Both are on Passeig de Gràcia: Casa Batlló at number 43 and Casa Milà at number 92. You can plan a day of Gaudí along the same street. See the Casa Batlló guide for its tickets and hours.
What are the rules?
- Backpacks: wear them on your front, or leave them in the free lockers on the ground floor.
- Food, drink and smoking: not allowed inside the building.
- Animals: not allowed, except guide dogs.
- Photo equipment: professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
- Behaviour: no loud voices or phone calls, no crowding or rushing, and follow the staff instructions.
- Under 18s: they must be with an adult for the whole visit.
Is Casa Milà easy for everyone?
Partly. Lifts and ramps connect the floors, and the courtyards, the flat on the fourth floor and the exhibition in the attic have no obstacles. The roof is very uneven and cannot be visited in a wheelchair: it is reached by lift, and a platform at the exit gives a partial view. Wheelchairs wider than 63 cm cannot pass, and there are adapted toilets. Guide dogs are welcome in all the areas of the visit.
Which one for you?
Coming from the centre? Take the metro to Diagonal and walk to number 92. Travelling with someone who uses a wheelchair? Expect the roof to be out of reach, and enjoy the courtyards, the flat and the attic. Ready to book? See the tickets page and choose your visit.
